It’s the 1st of March today and spring is almost here. After I weighed myself and staring at the scale this morning, I thought ‘Ok not good, some of you need to leave!’
So I thought let’s start the day with a healthy lunch! It’s my very first post on the blog and so why not share it with food, which makes me always happy! 😀
I ate Bresaola with Rucola and grated parmesan – little bit of salt and seasoned with olive oil. Now I need to add some corrections. The ‘real’ dish Bresaola and rucola has flakes of parmesan over it and is seasoned with olive oil and Balsamic cream. I didn’t had parmesan flakes today, so that’s the reason I uses grated parmesan. About the Balsamic cream, I simply forget it and added it after the picture was taken. I love this dish so much, especially during warm days, it’s a very fresh dish and so light to eat.
Beside the Bresaola and rucola I ate an avocado and WASA crackers with cereals, just YUM!
